The Hammayah Program is a community advocacy and engagement initiative designed to create 2,500 job opportunities for residents of AlUla. It aims to strengthen local involvement by inspiring residents to become guardians of AlUla’s cultural and natural heritage. Through a series of workshops, RCU representatives collaborate with the community to share best practices for protecting and promoting AlUla’s archaeological and heritage sites. Upon completing the program, participants are encouraged to raise community awareness about conservation and to promote AlUla as a premier destination for local, regional, and international visitors.
