Design, implementation and operation of the Pavilion of the Ministry of Finance in Janadriyah 33

The Ministry of Finance participated in the activities of the 33rd National Festival for Heritage and Culture with a large pavilion that includes multiple sections that reflect the ministry’s important role in comprehensive national development. In its participation this year, the Ministry focused on attracting technologies and interactive methods of presentation and presentation in order to communicate information in the easiest and clearest ways, while providing rich and comprehensive content on the state’s public finances. The Ministry was also keen to simplify economic concepts and financial information for the general public.
A Pavilion that integrates education with interactive technologies
Many visitors expressed their astonishment at what they saw in the pavilion, as they were attracted by the creative way to present the information and the size of the technology used in the pavilion, such as:
•History and strategy of the Ministry of Finance: Using the interactive wall technology, information was presented and the interaction was linked to publications.
•The Two Holy Mosques 360 Expansion Hall: we showed in augmented reality technology with high-resolution screens a film that tells about the Ministry’s role in the expansion of the Two Holy Mosques.
•The budget, Historically: This section has been divided into interactive screens, each screen containing the most important financial aspects and budget features in the era of each king.
•The General Authority for Zakat and Income: a special section has been allocated to it within the ministry’s wing to highlight its programs and initiatives.
•Government Printing Press Service: It contains samples of the authority’s work such as official documents, car plates, Umm al-Qura calendars, and other important official publications on its programs and initiatives.
•The Office of the First Minister of Finance: This section displays the first and oldest office of the Minister of Finance of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and those who wish to visit this section are allowed to take a souvenir photo on this rare office.
•Interactive theater: in the child’s tent in the “Money and Generations”.
•Success stories: a section that reviews the most prominent success stories recently achieved by the Ministry through short films presented to visitors.
•Test your knowledge: to test visitor information about the information they viewed in the exhibition.
